  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.

  • We sell hourglasses, handcrafted or sourced, as described on our website.

  • Product images are for illustration; slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to craftsmanship or lighting.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

 

3. Orders

  • By placing an order, you offer to purchase our hourglasses under these terms.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability or incomplete payment).

  • Order confirmation will be sent via email once payment is successfully processed.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our designated payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay).

  • We are not responsible for additional fees (e.g., customs duties for international orders, if applicable).

 

5. Shipping

  • Shipping is handled by PinkCityMart as per our Shipping policy which you can find on the main menu.

  • Delivery timelines and costs depend on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

  • No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds for any purchases.

  • Replacement Eligibility: Replacements are available only for defective hourglasses (e.g., damaged or malfunctioning upon delivery) or incorrect items sent by us. Used or undamaged items are not eligible unless faulty.

  • Process: Contact us at pinkcitymartt@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect or incorrect item. We will provide return instructions.

  • Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for verified defective or incorrect items; otherwise, you bear the cost.

  • Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship a replacement within 5-7 business days, subject to availability. If unavailable, we may offer a similar item or store credit at our discretion.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but returns may apply as above.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • PinkCityMart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased hourglass.
