1. No Cash Refunds

  • PinkCityMart does not provide monetary refunds for any purchases. If eligible, we will offer a replacement hourglass as detailed below.

 

2. Replacement Eligibility

  • Replacements are available only for:

    • Defective Products: Hourglasses that are damaged, broken, or malfunctioning upon delivery.

    • Incorrect Items: If you receive an hourglass different from what you ordered.

  • Used, undamaged, or non-defective items are not eligible for replacement unless we sent the wrong product.

 

3. Replacement Conditions

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the issue (e.g., photos of damage or incorrect item).

  • The hourglass must be unused (beyond testing for defects), in its original packaging, and include all accessories or components provided.

 

4. How to Request a Replacement

    • Your order number.

    • A description of the issue.

    • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item.

  • We will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide instructions for returning the item.

 

5. Return Shipping

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover return shipping costs if the issue is verified.

  • Other Cases: If the replacement request is denied (e.g., due to misuse or late reporting), return shipping costs are your responsibility.

 

6. Replacement Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned hourglass, a replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days, subject to stock availability.

  • If the same hourglass is unavailable, we may offer a similar item of equal value or store credit at our discretion.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

​

  • Hourglasses damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.

  • Orders not reported within 48 hours of delivery will not qualify.

 

8. Shipping Issues

  • For lost or undelivered shipments, contact us within 15 days of the shipping date. We’ll investigate and, if confirmed, send a replacement at no additional cost.
